Short version: the only personal data we collect is what you type into the waitlist form. We use it to contact you about the invite-only beta. We don’t sell it, share it, or track you.

What we collect and why
When you submit the waitlist form we store the email address and the three answers you give (whether you trade prediction markets, whether you’ve tried automating, and whether you have or will get an AI-provider key). We use this only to evaluate the beta cohort and to email you an invite.
- Legal basis: your consent and taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR).
- Storage: held in Cloudflare Workers KV, used only for the waitlist.
- Sharing: none — we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
- Retention: kept while the waitlist is active; removed on request or when no longer needed.
No tracking
This site is static and ships no JavaScript, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking pixels. We don’t build a profile of you. (Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard server/CDN logs to deliver and secure the site.)
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time — just email hello@quantaquail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
